My name is Christopher Douglas. I'm a 32yr old Chef currently living in Georgia. I believe in fresh Food from scratch and I cant stand cooking out of a box. I have always had lots of ideas and recipes that have been on many menus in my career as a chef. I decide to Blog about my favorite dishes and give my readers a step by step on how to cook like me.
